How I Help Executors and Trustees

Did you know 85% of Metro Denver real estate agents did not sell a single estate property during the last three years? And only 0.036% of all Metro Denver real estate agents sold more than one estate property during that period.1 Most agents are unfamiliar with the probate process, the unique responsibilities of the executor (legal personal representative) or trustee and are not experienced in working with all the interested parties (executor/trustee, attorney, trust officer, beneficiaries) to achieve the best result for the estate.

Even in Denver’s hot 2014 property market the vast majority of estate properties sold below comparable property prices and took an average of three times longer to close.

I am a real estate agent who is a former practicing attorney in Colorado and Australia. Most recently, whilst in-house counsel for The Salvation Army’s Intermountain Division, I managed the renovation, repair, clean out and preparation for sale of properties which resulted in increases in sales prices of 10% to 400% meaning increases in dollar values of between $10,000.00 to $1,500,000.00.

With over 25 years experience, handling hundreds of estates ranging from small to multi-million dollar I am proficient with the estate sale process. Working with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits and clients from all walks of life I have drafted, negotiated and managed the sale and purchase of hundreds of properties in Colorado, the USA and internationally. I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life from factory workers to C level executives.

I can advise you so you can make the best decisions, maximize your net sales price and manage all the steps needed to achieve previously unattainable results for the sale of estate real property for your estate. As an executor you will not have to worry.
